Surrey Young Planners' Network

Megan has worked for Axiom Planning for almost 2 years now, gaining expertise on a number of different areas of planning, most interestingly, delivering planning permission for homes of exceptional quality in rural locations.  Megan is currently working towards Chartership with the RTPI and looks forward to seeing the growth and success of the Surrey Young Planners.

Matt is a Chartered Town Planner who works for CALA Homes South Home Counties as a Planning Manager. As part of his role, Matt is involved in the purchase and assessment of new site opportunities, managing CALA planning applications and amendments whilst also providing planning advice and help on-site during the build-out of developments.

Matt graduated from the University of Brighton with a MSc in Town Planning and completed his MRTPI in September 2021.

Laura joined Savills in September 2020 as part of the South East Planning Team based in Guildford. Laura has completed her MA Chartered Town Planner part time alongside working and is currently working towards her RTPI APC Submission.

Laura provides support on a variety of projects within the South East of England, including the development of planning appraisals and assisting with the preparation of planning applications, permitted development schemes and appeals working primarily with developers and housebuilders
