Our January theme was resilience and adaptation planning.
It's topical given increasing climate unpredictably. We showcased some exceptional research looking at everything from how local climate adaptations by local communities could help mitigate the impact of flooding and drought, through to an ambitious project looking at how sustainable development can be used to decrease energy demand and contribute to achieving ambitious city level climate action plans. We also highlighted an interesting research piece on coastal urban regeneration.
